While the setting may be urban, our commitment to local, seasonal, and ethical food remains unchanged. Chef Blair Lebsack invites you to experience the essence of farm-to-table—city style.

About Reclaim:
Reclaim Urban Farm was founded in early 2014 by Alumni Innovation Award winning team Ryan Mason and Cathryn Sprague. The duo began growing micro greens and shoots indoors and hunting for plots of urban land to farm on come spring. Four years later Ryan took over the reigns moved out to his family farm at Pigeon lake and scaled up the operation. In the last five years at Pigeon Lake they have gone from 1 acre to 12 acres, added cut flower operation, weathered a pandemic, floods and heat waves and started a little family with they newborn Lawrence now eating the dirt we love so much.
We'll begin the night with a welcome reception, followed by a multi-course dinner highlighting exceptional produce from Reclaim Farm!
