On Tuesday, October 6th, behind an unmarked door and far from the ordinary world, a select few will gather for an intimate tasting of Delamain Cognac paired with a multi-course meal—an evening of rare spirits, whispered stories, and exceptional company.

For over two hundred years and across nine generations, the house of Delamain has been driven by limitless curiosity to craft Cognacs as vibrant, abundant and delightful as the terroir of Grande Champagne, Premier Cru de Cognac.
From writers and poets to botanists and ornithologists, each father would share the same fascination with the curiosities of the natural world around them. Situated in the town of Jarnac, Cellar Master Charles Braastad, 9th generation, perpetuates today a family tradition: combining the curiosities of time and nature to handcraft extraordinary and intriguing Cognacs.
In Jarnac, the Cellar Master carries on Delamain’s enduring pursuit of precision, guided by generations of craftsmanship, patience, and respect for time. Each journey begins with a rigorous selection of exceptional eaux-de-vie, chosen for their individuality and ageing potential. They are then left to mature slowly in the House’s historic cellars, resting in old oak casks whose seasoned wood preserves the fruit’s finesse while time quietly unfolds its work.
