Galicia is located at the far northwest corner of the Iberian Peninsula, sitting directly above Portugal. This lush, green region is home to a winemaking heritage shaped by the crashing Atlantic, rolling hills, rugged terroir, and the dedication of generations of vintners.
We welcome French oenologist and winemaker Jean-Francois Hebrard who is also the Technical Director and consultant for Bodegas Attis, a prominent winery located in the Rias Baixas region as well as Coto de Gomariz (The Flower and The Bee) from the Ribeiro region. Having worked at Chateau Haut-Brion and Cheval Blanc before moving his focus to Spain in the early 2000's, he will lead us through an incredible exploration of the region's wines paired with an expertly prepared dinner from Chef Blair Lebsack and team. This will be an incredible evening, not to be missed!
