We source ingredients and provisions from farms and small-scale producers across Western Canada. Our menu is dictated by the season, and we aim to use every part of every ingredient.

Please Note: For the month of January we will be closed Sunday-Tuesday, and operating our normal hours on Wednesday-Saturday. OPEN WED – SAT 5PM TILL LATE CLOSED SUN-TUES We will be returning to our standard operating days of Monday-Saturday starting Feb 1st 2025
