Hosted by our Korean-American Director of Operations Ken Yoon. Ken grew up in the restaurant industry. Specifically Korean, where his grandparents own & operates upscale Korean BBQ restaurants. They started in Korea, then expanded to New Jersey in the 80's. Ken has worked in the NYC hospitality industry for over a decade with some notable groups. Ken, along with Rioja's culinary team headed by Crafted Concepts culinary director Chef Gabe Wyman will take you on a Korean culinary journey. Inspired by traditional royal cuisine!
