SEVEN MONTHS OF PERFECTING IT. ONE PIZZA. SECOND PLACE IN CANADA.
Yesterday, Sharid and Patrick represented Risposta Bistro at the Canadian Pizza Summit in Toronto, earning 2nd place in Canada with The Scratch — our take on Neo-York pizza. From the dough and fermentation to making burrata by hand in front of the judges, every detail was intentional. Seven months of testing, tweaking, and dedication went into this pizza, and we couldn’t be prouder of the result.
