The evening begins with Cauliflower Tempura and a sparkling cocktail greeting, followed by an indulgent progression featuring Madai Carpaccio with Truffle Ikura, Wagyu Maki with Truffle Soy, Bluefin Sashimi with Truffle Pearls, and Japanese Wagyu from Miyazaki Prefecture finished with freshly shaved truffle. Each course is thoughtfully complemented by a curated wine pairing, including selections from Antinori, culminating with Tignanello Super Tuscan.
To finish, enjoy Warm Chocolate Cake with Truffle Essence and Honey Ice Cream, paired with Santa Cristina Vin Santo.
