SOLD OUT. We will kick things off at 5 PM in the pavilion with starter bites and a tasting flight of our estate wines. At 6 PM, settle in for our farm‑to‑table feast featuring farm‑fresh local ingredients, all lovingly prepared by guest chef Jenna Schreiber of 61 Main in Jasper, GA. Picture this: a duo of plated first courses—squash grits & greens soup followed by crisp local lettuces tossed with apple dressing, goat cheese, pumpkin seeds & sweet peppers. Then, savor a rustic, family‑style main: seasonal vegetable spread, parchment‑wrapped trout cakes, red‑wine‑braised Brasstown beef brisket, and creamy Riverview Farm polenta. Finish sweetly with a plated zucchini‑pecan cake topped with whipped mascarpone. Wine and beer will be available to purchase throughout. It’s a long‑table event under the pavilion, with dinner served promptly at 6 and sunset expected around 7:20 PM. Tickets are $125 per person.
