This romantic evening showcases an elevated culinary journey beginning with a sparkling wine welcome and a rich lobster bisque followed by a vibrant beet salad layered with figs, brûléed berries, and espresso goat cheese. Guests will savor beautifully composed entrées including Alaskan halibut with blackberry gastrique or tender lamb shank over northern white bean ragu or indulgent Australian A6 wagyu with wild mushrooms or a delicate gnocchi dish with sour cherries, honeynut squash, and sage brown butter. The night concludes with a trio of decadent desserts—raspberry white chocolate cheesecake, red velvet cake, and classic crème brûlée.
