❄️ **NORTHERN BITES: A WINTER WINE & SMALL BITES EXPERIENCE** ❄️
Escape to the far north without leaving the mountains of North Georgia. On select weekends in January, Roo Mountain Vineyards will transform our Barrel Room into a **snow-covered winter wonderland** for *Northern Bites*—an intimate afternoon of wine, food, and flavors inspired by the coldest corners of the world.
From Alaska to Scandinavia and the Nordic countries, you’ll enjoy **four Roo wines thoughtfully paired with four beautiful winter-inspired bites**, including warm Swedish cheese fondue with pumpernickel, Nordic smoked salmon crostinis with dill, cream cheese and capers, Alaskan crab cakes with remoulade, and a decadent chocolate-drizzled Swiss roll with lingonberries.
Sip, savor, and settle into the magic of winter as the Barrel Room becomes your own cozy northern escape. **Furs, winter whites, cozy layers, and après-ski glamour are encouraged.** Come dressed for the snow and ready for an afternoon of exceptional wine, delicious food, and a little winter fantasy.
