Join us for Dinner at 8PM and then Countdown Drinks & Cocktails at 10 PM for an unforgettable night at The Cellar Beverly Hills, presented by The Truffle Boys.
At 8PM, A Single Dinner Seating with an Extraordinary 6 Course Menu crafted by Award-Winning Chef Jasper himself and our team at Rosalynn
• Caviar & Uni Bumps presented by the Truffle Boys, served with our house crème fraîche, Meyer lemon, chive, and white truffle.
• Black Truffle Risotto with whipped ricotta, arboreo, chicken bone broth, and decadent black truffles straight from the Truffle Boys.
• Otoro Crudo with Spanish otoro, yuzu marmalade ponzu, and micros for that perfect citrusy kick.
• Lobster Au Gratin featuring luxe seafood maine lobster, shaved yukon potato, french butter, and a Sichuan chimichurri twist.
• Australian Wagyu Zabuton from Ligma Provisions, perfectly tender and bursting with flavor.
