Join us for HOT PLATE: CHEF SHOWDOWN, a live-fire dining competition where four chefs battle it out in real time while guests enjoy an 8-course tasting experience.
For our first round, we’re bringing together:

Each chef will serve two original dishes — one cold and one hot — created and finished live in front of the room. Expect fire, speed, precision, competition, and the kind of chef-driven energy you usually only see on television.
