An elevated Korean barbecue experience, served at the top of the hill overlooking the Los Angeles skyline.
For one night only, Rosalynn and High Society Meats invite 60 guests to gather around the fire for a luxurious, family-style feast featuring Australian Wagyu flank, Denver cut Zabuton and Japanese A5 Wagyu.
Each cut will be prepared over live fire and served alongside seasonal banchan, house-made sauces, grilled vegetables and Rosalynn’s modern interpretation of Korean barbecue.
Expect exceptional meats, generous shared plates, sunset views and an intimate evening beneath the open sky.
Seating is limited to 60 guests. The experience takes place outdoors; comfortable shoes and a light jacket are recommended.
