Honest wine. Innovative mead. Local honey. As Niagara’s original meadery, Rosewood is owned and operated by a multi-generational beekeeping family. Traditional Old World winemaking is joined with modern approaches to produce balanced story driven wines. Rosewood produces a range of quality focused wines and meads without the use of added sugar, acid, fining agents, and with minimal added sulphur. These are living wines.
