This gentle yoga flow class is designed to challenge the body and breath with fluidity. Move through sun salutations, explore your balance, and enjoy deep meditative stretches in the beautiful & private setting our Alegria Garden. Attention to smooth sequencing of postures is emphasized to build from low to higher intensity. Class is held outdoors - weather permitting. Mats will be provided.
