Step into the rhythm and spirit of Carnival with Chef Natasha de Bourg. This immersive masterclass is more than a lesson — it’s a celebration of Caribbean culture, creativity, and flavor.

Guests will create a Carnival mask and explore its cultural significance as Chef Natasha demonstrates two Trinidadian classics — Trinidad Corn Soup and Geera (Cumin) Chicken — complemented by a Queen’s Park Swizzle crafted with rum, fresh lime, mint, sugar, and bitters.
