Located in downtown Forestville, Bazaar Sonoma (BaSo) has been cookin' up traditional Chinese food with untraditional values, reimagining time-honored flavors in their neon-lit, Hong Kong-style eatery.
About the food:
With roots in their popup days of RageCage Fried Chicken, Team BaSo is debuting a variety smashbox of street food-inspired fried chicken flavors, from the famed tangy chili-ginger Korean Goddess sauce and zesty Japanese yuzu kewpie aioli — to a *rare sight* tikka masala curry sauce, aptly known as the Prince of Pubs. A vegetarian option of fried cauliflower instead of chicken will also be available. Enjoy the smashbox plus an array of sides that include fries, sweet rolls, turmeric pickles and green apple cabbage slaw.
