Hands Across The Valley is the only organization that raises money specifically for the safety net food programs in Napa County – including The Food Bank, Meals on Wheels and other vital programs that serve those in need from American Canyon to Calistoga. By joining hands with community partners, the event has been able to raise millions of dollars to fund these organizations.
