SakéOne is one of Oregon’s most hidden gems, nestled in Forest Grove. Its founders set out to create fine craft sake in America. With access to the pristine water of the Coast Range Mountains and sourcing exclusively grown rice from the Sacramento Valley, local sake production began in 1996. This resulted in America’s original craft sake brewery, and renowned brands like Momokawa, G, Moonstone and Yomi.
