Grand Opening July 24, 2026 Reservations open July 24th as we welcome guests to San Simeon Estate, one of the few destinations in Paso Robles' Willow Creek District where exceptional wines and elevated dining come together in a true estate experience. Nestled among organically farmed vineyards in Paso Robles' renowned Willow Creek District, San Simeon Estate enjoys sweeping views of the surrounding vineyard and rolling ranchlands of the West Side. Proudly, the estate is both a CCOF Certified Organic Vineyard and Winery and a Certified California Sustainable Winegrowing (CSWA) estate. Our culinary program celebrates the flavors of the Central Coast with thoughtfully crafted dishes designed to complement our wines and showcase the bounty of California's coast and countryside. Whether joining us for a relaxed lunch, a guided tasting, or an afternoon overlooking the vineyards, we look forward to welcoming you to a new chapter of hospitality in the Willow Creek District.
