Buenos Aires Chef Diego Felix of Colectivo Felix has created the following locally sourced five-course family-style dinner prepared on-site to pair perfectly with our wines.
Sarah's Vineyard
Thursday, July 16
5:30 - 7:30 pm
We welcome you to join us as part of the Get Hooked Dinner Series for a collaboration with the Monterey Bay Fisheries Trust, Chef Diego of Colectivo Felix, and Sarah’s Vineyard for a very special dinner and wine experience. Chef Diego has created a unique family-style menu with each dish expertly paired to Sarah’s Vineyard small-production wines. The chef, fisherman, and winemaker will come together for one incredible evening of fresh, locally-sourced and crafted food, wine, and community.
A portion of ticket sales goes directly to the Community Seafood Program, which is at the heart of the Monterey Bay Fisheries Trust's mission. It helps ensure that fresh, locally caught seafood reaches food-insecure communities throughout the Monterey Bay region—providing nutritious protein while supporting local fishermen. By connecting surplus catch with hunger relief organizations, the program strengthens both food security and the local fishing economy, building a more resilient and equitable food system for all.
