Please join us monthly for Scotch & Soda Supper Club. We will focus on locally sourced ingredients, partner with local famers and purveyors, host speakers and special themed tastings and anything else our hearts desire. Cocktail hour begins at 4P. Supper is served at 5P.
This month we welcome Matt Jacquinot from Holladay Distillery in Weston, Missouri.
Matt is a National Brand Specialist and National On-Premise Specialist for Holladay Distillery, a historic whiskey producer located in Weston, Missouri. He acts as a key mixologist and public ambassador for the brand, hosting high-profile industry activations such as Tales of the Cocktail and Aspen Food & Wine, private barrel-release events, and cocktail insight and bourbon masterclasses across the country.
With a long resume of bartending, management, and purchasing for Kansas City bars, restaurants, and hotels. Matt brings a diverse background of knowledge and history in the industry.
Cocktail hour will include an optional Holladay Bourbon tasting
Cocktail pairing menu add-on option for $35 a person.

Amuse: Grilled New Zealand mussel
1st course: Shrimp, gnocchi, snap pea, tarragon pea cream
2nd Course: Potato croquette, beef tartare
3rd Course: Spring Panzanella salad, crab meat, snap peas, asparagus, cucumber, mozzarella
4th Course: Lamb lollipop, pea puree, potatoes, pearl onion
5th Course: Stone fruit tart
