Course 1- Ahi Tuna Wonton: Blackened Ahi, Avocado, Mango, Ginger Wonton.
Course 2- Wedge Salad: Baby Iceburg, Blue Cheese, Tomato, Bacon, House Ranch.
Course 3- Scallop with Corn Sauce: Seasoned Sea Scallop, Roasted Corn Sauce.
Course 4- Skirt Steak: Grilled Steak, Charred Onion, Butter, Broccolini, Red Pepper Mash.
Course 5- Espresso Creme Brule.
