Course 1- Summer Salad- Grilled Peaches, Sweet Corn, Cucumber, Prosciutto, Mozzarella, Balsamic Vinaigrette.
Course 2- Calamari- Peppers and Olives Marinara.
Course 3-Pan Seared Halibut- Porcini Dusted Halibut, Cream Spinach.
Course 4- Beef Wellington- Filet Wrapped in Puff Pastry, Demi, Carrots.
Course 5- Chocolate Chip Cookie- Pistachio Ice Cream Sandwich with Chocolate Ganache.
