For this year's annual Oyster Festival, Shaw's Crab House is hosting an exclusive Oyster-centric 10-course meal. This Chef lead "Oysterkase" dinner will take place on Wednesday, October 19.
Executive Sushi Chef Naoki Nakashimia will take guests on a journey highlighting fresh fish, wagyu beef, and the ever present oyster. Dinner will be expertly paired with beverages curated by Beverage Director, Kevin Bratt.
Tickets for the dinner and beverage pairings are priced at $180 per person plus tax (gratuity not included). Doors open at 6:00PM with dinner starting promptly at 6:30PM on Wednesday, October 19 in Shaw's Private Dining Space, the Oyster Hall of Fame.
