Ambiance Note:
We strive for tranquility and exclusivity, creating an ADULT-ORIENTED ambiance ideal for a sophisticated dining experience. Our intimate setting is designed to enhance your enjoyment and provide a memorable visit. We encourage our guests to embrace a business casual dress code. Additionally, we ask that guests refrain from bringing children under the age of 12, as our dining experience is not designed for young children. However, children are welcome and we encourage those making a reservation with children of any age to review the Guest Count and Reservation Fee information below. All guests will must be included in the reservation and will be charged the same fee.
Guest Count:
Due to our small dining room and limited tables, to ensure accurate seating, staffing, and compliance with fire-safety guidelines, all guests—including infants and non-eating guests—must be counted in your total party size. If your party arrives with more guests than reserved (including infants in laps, strollers, carriers, or under table), we may not be able to accommodate the reservation, and all guests may be refused to be seated if an alternative table is not available. The cancelation policy below will apply in such an event. Please be sure to include all guests in the reservation, including infants, children, and anyone who may not be eating.
Reservation Fee:
Our reservation system charges a fixed $150 per guest. Because each person—regardless of age or whether they will eat—affects table size, capacity, and service resources, the per-guest fee applies to all guests in the reservation or present at the restaurant. This includes infants, children, and non-eating guests of any age. Of course anyone included in the reservation may dine at the restaurant.
Dietary Policy:
Our dishes, crafted with meticulous care, honor the integrity of traditional flavors and seasonal ingredients. We kindly inform guests that our menu is fixed and CANNOT accommodate specific dietary requests, allergies, or preferences. Your understanding is greatly valued.
Cancellation Policy:
To respect our preparation process, we ask for cancellations to be made no later than 48 hours prior to your reservation. Within 48 hours, deposits are non-refundable. For special events or large parties (over 4 guests), all deposits are non-refundable regardless of cancellation timing. Cancellations or no-shows within 48 hours will be charged $150 per person by Tock, "regardless of reason".

Corkage Policy:
$40 per bottle (under 750ml), serves up to 4 guests.
$75 per bottle (over 750ml), serves up to 6 guests.
$10 per additional guest beyond these limits.
For wines aged over 15 years, our team will not open the bottle directly. Guests are welcome to open such bottles themselves. We will happily provide glassware, opening tools, and assist with pouring to ensure a seamless experience.
All bottles must be unopened.
Service Animals:
While we observe a no-pets policy to maintain our dining environment's serenity, we fully comply with the ADA by welcoming service animals specifically trained to aid individuals with disabilities.
Please be informed that animals designated for emotional support, companionship, or comfort DO NOT meet the ADA's definition of service animals or comply with California Health & Safety Codes 113903 and 114259.
