Six Test Kitchen is an intimate dining experience located in Tin City of Paso Robles, seating only twelve guests Wednesday through Saturday. We offer one multiple course tasting menu evolving with and inspired by the seasons here on the Central Coast.

Please Read Prior to Booking If you are unable to find your preferred date or time, we encourage you to join our notification list to be alerted should availability open. ***Please note that our menu contains DAIRY, GLUTEN, EGGS, SEAFOOD, RED MEAT, and PORK. At this time, we are unfortunately unable to accommodate vegan, vegetarian, pescatarian, gluten-free, or dairy-free menus.*** Due to our intimate and limited seating format, reservations for single diners or odd-numbered parties cannot be guaranteed. Guests wishing to reserve for an odd-numbered party are welcome to join the waitlist or reserve the next even-numbered seating. While not guaranteed, we may be able to fill the additional seat from our waitlist. If you or a member of your party has a food allergy, please notify us via email at the time of booking. Allergies disclosed within 24 hours of the reservation may not be accommodated. While we are often able to accommodate singular food allergies, accommodations cannot be guaranteed. Our corkage fee is $100 per 750ml bottle for wines not currently represented on our list, with a maximum of two bottles permitted per reservation. We respectfully ask that children under the age of 10 not attend. To ensure the best possible experience for all guests, we kindly ask that separate parties do not book independently with the expectation of being seated together, as we cannot guarantee combined seating arrangements. For parties of eight or more, please contact us at info@sixtestkitchen.com. Guests arriving more than 30 minutes after their reservation time will forfeit their reservation and payment. All sales are final. Reservations can be transferred to another party. By completing your reservation, all guests acknowledge that they have read and agreed to these policies.
