Situated in the agricultural bounty that is Oxford County, sixthirtynine opened its doors in the summer of 2005, cultivated by mother and son, Pauline Bucek and Executive Chef Eric Boyar. Now with over 20 years operating, husband and wife, Eric and Jennifer remain passionate for providing guests with a unique dining experience and taste of place. Current menus are constructed harmoniously with Chef Sam Vandenberg, and the wine and beverage program is constructed by both Eric and Jennifer.
