Gin Tasting Class With Chase Heck - Sunday October 25th
Sunday, October 25th from 1-3PM, our bartender and gin fanatic, Chase Heck is giving a class on the world and history of Gin!
Obviously, you'll learn a little more about Skaalvenn Yuzu Gin, but the vast majority of the class will be spent learning about gin, the history behind it, the different methods of making it, and how to use it in cocktails. In addition, there will be some tastings of our gin, plus some other recreations of gins from around the world.
You'll try a Dutch genever style, where you can taste it's unique malty character, a London Dry gin, Skaalvenn Yuzu Gin, and then a specialty aged Skaalvenn Gin and getting into the world of Old Tom gin and American prohibition.
You'll learn and make two classic gin cocktails; a gimlet and a negroni. One shaken, one stirred.
For only $65 you'll take home a bottle of our gin, some new knowledge, recipe cards, and a memory of a really fun boutique class.
The class has a hard cap of 14 tickets!
