This private dinner will feature four of Solar Fortún's inspiring and distinctive wines served alongside a multi-course menu curated by SOCALO Executive Chef team Raul Plascencia and Enrique Soltero for $99 per person (tax, service fee and gratuity not included). Seating is limited.
Family owned and operated, Solar Fortún is a force to be reckoned with in Mexico’s most exciting wine region - the Valle de Guadalupe. Perched high above the valley, the vineyard has mostly sandy soils and high winds which help the vines retain good levels of acidity.
Santiago López is the owner & winemaker of the award-winning Solar Fortún Winery. Santiago looks for elegance and balance in his wines, making sure not to over ripen, over extract or over oak his wines.
