Let's make an Italian Sunday Supper! In this Class, you learn to make a full "Italian Sunday Supper" starting with home-made Focaccia Bread and ending with Italian Tiramisù.

Home-made Focaccia Bread
Caprese Salad
Chicken Marsala
Roasted vegetables
Tiramisù
The lesson is “hands-on” and not a mere cooking “demonstration”.
The fun starts at 10am at Solare with an Italian-style coffee of your choice. Italian wine is served for students interested in “cooking with wine”. Important: Please wear closed toe shoes. Class size is small and intimate. $118++/student that includes the class, wine, and lunch.
