Chef Cameron Bouldin has crafted a multi-course menu designed to complement each wine, with thoughtful pairings that showcase the evolution of Somerston Estate wines across vintages. Throughout the evening, guests will journey through the cellar, discovering how time, place, and vintage shape each expression, while enjoying a special first taste of the 2023 Cabernet Sauvignon before its official release.

Transportation included to and from Priest Ranch Tasting Room! Please be sure to arrive at the tasting room no later than 5:50pm in order to ensure a timely departure up to the estate.
