Join us for an educational journey to the picture perfect Bordeaux village of Saint-Emilion. Throughout the 4 days we taste through benchmark styles and visit nearby wineries, highlighting terroir and styles. We will also taste some of the most important wines from the whole of Bordeaux.
Our base will be at the Michelin Key hotel Logis de la Cadane. Each night will feature a special wine dinner while the days will feature both onsite tastings as well as offsite visits. Onsite comparative tastings will feature top Bordeaux wines side-by-side with local greats. Offsite visits will complete the immersive wine experience by visiting both large houses as well as smaller producers that I love.
