Course 1: Chandon Brut paired with baked Gulf Oyster Minouette.
Course 2: Chandon By the Bay 'Blanc De Blanc' paired with Chilean Seabass & Shrimp ceviche
Course 3: Blanc De Pinot Noir paired with seared scallops on polenta cakes, topped with caviar and a champagne beurre blanc.
Course 4: Chandon Rose Brut paired with fresh strawberries & wild strawberry swirl gelato
