Silver Oak Saturday at SoNapa
For more than 30 years, Saturday has held a special place in the Silver Oak story, with the winery traditionally celebrating new vintage releases on Saturdays.
We're bringing a little of that tradition to Jacksonville Beach.
Join us in SoNapa's Barrel Room, transformed for the evening with black and silver tablecloths, for an intimate three-course dinner featuring three Silver Oak wines for $89 per person.
The evening begins with the newly released Silver Oak Sauvignon Blanc, paired with French Baguette & Burrata with Pesto and your choice of SoNapa Salad, Caesar Salad or Lobster Bisque.
For the second course, experience the highlight of the evening: Silver Oak Alexander Valley Cabernet Sauvignon and Silver Oak Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon poured side-by-side. Taste the two Cabernets together and discover how two celebrated California wine regions express the same varietal differently.
