This special event marks two exciting firsts: our first-ever wine dinner at SoNapa Grille in Daytona Beach Shores and the introduction of Silver Oak's inaugural Sauvignon Blanc vintage.
Enjoy four carefully selected wines, including Twomey Pinot Noir and Silver Oak's celebrated Alexander Valley and Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignons, each paired with a specially created course.
Our four-course menu features lemon ricotta gnudi, Sicilian veal meatballs, porcini-crusted lamb chops, and Napa Heritage Lasagna prepared with Duroc pork sausage and American Wagyu beef.
Every course will be prepared from scratch, including our fresh handmade pasta—a SoNapa specialty.
