This program has been in the works for a long time now, a long overdue Introduction to Tea Tasting, designed specifically for the novice tea drinker.
Led by a member of the Song team, this 1.5 hour class guides students through each tea type, highlighting the craftsmanship and cultivars that makes each category unique. Basic tea brewing in a gaiwan are demonstrated, and plenty of tea will be shared! This introductory class is limited to six guests per seating.
