Quiet Mornings @ Song, Four Iterations of our Flagship Oolongs
Join Song’s founder, Peter Luong, in an intimate group tea tasting here in the studio. We’ll gather near the glow of the front windows to brew and discuss the origins, flavors, and stories behind each leaf, as the day outside begins its slow unfolding.
Each month we'll vary the theme of the teas we brew together so that each time you join us, there will be something new to discover. July's theme and dates are below. We hope you are able to join us.

After a two month hiatus, Peter returns in July to brew Song's flagship oolongs, named after their harvest date. Formerly April 27, now May 8, we've always carried two iterations of this tea. This year we're adding a third variation of the harvest. And as a treat unique to July Quiet Mornings guests, Peter will be sharing a handful of leaves he grabbed straight from the production floor just after kill green. Kept frozen since then, these leaves are the closest you can get to experiencing tea production at its full midnight swing, without a trip to Taiwan. As always, repeat Quiet Morning's guests welcome!
