Join us for an immersive evening blending Japanese culinary tradition, live chef performance, and Halloween energy, centered around the breakdown of a 200 lb. whole Bluefin Tuna. Watch as SORA’s chefs transform the tuna into fresh sashimi, nigiri, hand rolls, sushi rolls, tartare, and more throughout the evening.
