Southall's Tiffin Dinner transforms The Jammery into a table for all, an intimate, five-course communal feast where the kitchen tells a story, and the farm sets the scene.
Each week, our chef draws from a different culinary tradition, reimagined through whatever the season is giving us, right here on the land.
Expect fresh-baked bread, dishes meant for sharing, and a menu that changes with the harvest. It's the kind of dinner that lingers.
This Month: Ode to a Grecian Urn
Inspired by John Keats' ode to beauty, time, and celebration, this edition of Tiffin takes you to the Greek table, abundant, generous, and deeply satisfying. Warm house-made pita with a trio of hand-crafted dips, a classic village salad bright with feta and Kalamata olives, flaky spanakopita layered with farm greens, and charcoal-kissed skewers of pork and chicken alongside golden bean fritters. End your meal with Meliopita, a honey custard wrapped in phyllo, finished with candied lemon.

Trio of Dips — Taramasalata, Skordalia, Tzatziki & Melitzanosalata with house-made Pita
Choriatiki — Classic Greek salad with tomato, cucumber, Kalamata olives, sheep's milk Feta & lemon-oregano dressing
Spanakopita — Seasonal greens & feta layered in phyllo with pine nuts, dill & poppyseeds
Souvlaki, Favakeftedes & Orzo — Pork & chicken skewers, yellow bean fritters, orzo in tomato sauce
Meliopita — Baked honey custard & phyllo with candied lemon zest

Coming in August, Tiffin is cruising into the Caribbean. The menu update will lean into island-inspired flavors, bright citrus notes, and capturing the last stretch of summer.
