Policies
• No outside food or beverage s are permitted (only exception is cake).
• No confetti/small decorations only
• No weapons, drugs, or illegal items
• No threats, fighting or violence
• No standing on couches or tables
• A 10% tax on liquor/rooms (8% tax on food) and 20% gratuity will be automatically added to your bill
• All payments for rooms are due upon arrival.
• Everyone entering our venue must have a physical ID. Fridays and Saturdays all guests must be 21 years of age or older to enter our establishment. Sundays-Thursdays guests under 21 may enter a private room. However, when any guests in the party are under 21 nobody will be served alcohol regardless of age.
• If you are more than 15 minutes late for your reservation your room will be given to the next waiting party, and you will lose your deposit.
• If you do not exit your room within 5 minutes of your reservation being over you will be charged for an additional hour.
• All room capacities are a maximum so please book the room that can fit your entire party. There is no area for overflow guests. The capacity is for the total amount of people attending. More guests are not permitted to come in if any previous guests leave.
• Customers are responsible for paying for all damaged furniture and/or equipment
• A cleaning fee ($100.00) will be charged for excessive mess, such as vomit, cake throwing, etc.
• Our karaoke system has thousands of songs as well as YouTube. Please note that we can't guarantee you'll find every song you want, and we won't offer refunds on room fees due to song selection issues.
• We are not responsible for any lost or stolen items.
• Violation of our policies will result in a loss of your deposit and removal from the premises or involvement of the police if necessary.
• Please be aware that all rooms and public areas are under surveillance
• All sales are final
