A Cookbook Dinner with Chef Stuart Lane
Join us for a special evening in our private dining room celebrating the release of Chef Stuart Lane’s first cookbook, Spinasse : An American Love Letter to Piemonte Cuisine. Chef Stuart will bring the pages of the book to the table with a four-course dinner inspired by the cooking, traditions, and dishes that have shaped Spinasse.
Doors open at 5:00pm if you would like to join for a short cocktail hour and a chance to settle in before dinner begins at 5:30pm. From there, we’ll gather around the table for a generous, family-style menu featuring Spinasse favorites: from handmade tajarin with butter and sage to slow-cooked beef cheeks, trout alla piemontese, and something sweet to finish.
