Join us at Spinasse for a special evening with Carlo Deltetto of Deltetto Winery, one of Roero’s historic family-run producers in Piedmont, Italy. Founded in 1953, Deltetto has remained dedicated to the region’s native grapes and traditional winemaking, with a particular focus on Arneis and Nebbiolo. Today, the family continues to combine generations of tradition with a thoughtful, modern approach to producing wines that capture the character of Roero.
Enjoy four courses designed to pair with a special selection of Deltetto wines, with Carlo on hand to share the stories, history, and passion behind each bottle.
