St. James Social proudly welcomes James Beard–nominated Chef Lenny Russo of Heartland, St. Paul for a collaborative five-course dinner alongside our Executive Chef Colton Burton. Together, they present Heartland Harvest — an ode to the season and the producers who define our region’s table.
This late-autumn feast draws inspiration from the fields, forests, and waters of the Upper Midwest — featuring dishes like Lake Trout Gravlax with caraway crème fraîche, Pheasant with hazelnut sauce, and Lamb Rib Roast with wild mushroom glace de viande. Each course is expertly paired with wines curated in collaboration with Apostle22, whose tasting room will host a special preview of the featured wines on Saturday, with opportunities to bring a few bottles home.
Sponsored by NORTH Magazine, this evening promises storytelling through food, wine, and camaraderie — a celebration of culinary craftsmanship rooted in place and season.
