Founded by hospitality veteran and lifelong La Grange resident Nick Gangas, alongside his best friend, renowned Chef Michael Wilson (Morton’s Chicago, Michael’s Key West), the duo offers a delicious menu of prime steaks and seafood, an expansive wine list and an excellent bourbon, cocktail and local craft beer program.
