Join us for a special tour of our CCOF-certified organic and biodynamically farmed estate vineyard – Hidden Springs. The walking tour will explore many of the environmentally-friendly practices employed on the ranch as well as pruning strategies, clonal selections, and all things viticulture that interest the participants. After the 30+ minute tour, we will return to the vineyard terrace where you will enjoy a winetasting including a taste of the 2017 Hidden Springs Estate Sparkling Rosé of Pinot Noir. Following the winetasting, a picnic box lunch will be served. (Sturdy shoes required; dressing in clothing layers is recommended. Must be a minimum of 21 years of age to participate in wine tasting. Rain will cancel.)
