Allow Chef Rafa to indulge your senses with his interpretation of classic dishes celebrating his heritage; from the bright seafood of coastal towns to traditional mole learned on missions in Oaxaca. Carefully selected wines will enhance and complement the beautiful nuances found in his authentic Mexican fare.
