Food Experience: Miso Making - 6 Course Dinner & Class! - Duplicate
We have a fabulous series of 3 very special Food Experiences at Suis Generis this summer! Similar to the experiences at the Tiki Food Lab, the evening includes a class on the topic of the night, followed by a six course tasting menu, curated by our Executive Chef, Ernie Foundas.
Fermentation doesn't have to be scary! Learn some basic and more advanced methods to ferment, preserve, and transform ingredients. This is the Second in our 3 part Summer Series. Learn how to make miso, how it captures umami and transforms flavors, and enjoy a 6 course dinner featuring some of our amazing and complex house made misos.
