Summer Salt is a BYOB restaurant. Our food is rustic and simple, reminiscent of your favorite home cooking. We offer a four-course, prix-fixe menu designed to showcase Cape May County land and sea. Ingredients are sourced daily from farms and fishers; and our guests are welcomed warmly like friends and family.
