We are closed for the season! We will reopen again in May, 2027.

Summer Salt is a BYOB restaurant. We offer a four-course, prix-fixe menu designed to showcase Cape May County land and sea. Our food is rustic and simple, reminiscent of your favorite home cooking. Ingredients are sourced daily from farms and fishers; and our guests are welcomed warmly like friends and family.
